Me\u0111utim, ako ravnote\u017ea izme\u0111u straha oslobo\u0111enog u tijelu i doga\u0111aja ili situacije nije proporcionalna situaciji, tada postoji poreme\u0107aj.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e6849f5 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"e6849f5\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e776aef elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e776aef\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Tijekom lije\u010denja moje shizofrenije (2009.), moje su se tjeskobe postupno pojavljivale u valovima. U po\u010detku neugodan osje\u0107aj koji je ovisio o situaciji, ovo se stanje razvilo u prave neuroti\u010dne bljeskove i vrlo neugodne napade tjeskobe, koje su tako\u0111er pratili trzaji govora tijela, posebno izraza lica.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-93196f2 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"93196f2\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9a0c29d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9a0c29d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Situacija se pogor\u0161avala na sve gore razine, pa sam, kao logi\u010dnu posljedicu, izbjegavao situacije koje su izazivale moju anksioznost. Kao rezultat toga, &quot;nisam mogao vidjeti \u0161umu od drve\u0107a&quot; i mogao sam obavljati samo osnovne poslove poput kupovine namirnica u raznim supermarketima, efektivno se zaklju\u010dav\u0161i u svoj stan najmanje \u010detiri godine (2010.-2014.). Istovremeno, moj fizi\u010dki izgled se pogor\u0161ao. Ljudi su me poznavali samo kao pu\u0161a\u010da u neurednoj trenirci.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-37121e7 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"37121e7\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8642e45 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8642e45\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Moj dru\u0161tveni \u017eivot odvijao se online ili telefonom, a moj stan postao je pravi oblak duhanskog dima i nikotina! Jo\u0161 uvijek sam imao nekoliko ljudi kojih se nisam bojao, ali sam se s njima mogao sastati na osamljenom mjestu, bez prisutnosti drugih ljudi. To su bili: moji sve\u0107enici (g. Gugerel, g. Winter i g. Levak), G\u00fcnther, moj prijatelj iz Koru\u0161ke, Ingo, moj prijatelj iz Babenhausena, Kay, moj kasniji kolega i prijatelj, te \u010dlanovi obitelji.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-65978fa e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"65978fa\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bbea80b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bbea80b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Istovremeno, bila sam oslobo\u0111ena anksioznosti kada sam putovala. Dakle, okru\u017eenje s potpuno novim dru\u0161tvenim kontaktima 2-3 tjedna, dok se anksioznost ponovno nije pojavila.<\/p>\n<p>Tako sam putovao Europom i Ju\u017enom Amerikom koliko mi je bud\u017eet dopu\u0161tao.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3df245c e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"3df245c\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d29e2ca elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d29e2ca\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Godine 2011. \u017eivio sam gotovo godinu dana u isto\u010dnoj Hrvatskoj blizu obitelji i baka i djedova te sam se tamo konzultirao sa specijalistom kako bih istra\u017eio sve dostupne mogu\u0107nosti. Prije toga, moji su lijekovi vi\u0161e puta mijenjani (vi\u0161estruke doze razli\u010ditih lijekova, u nadi da \u0107e prikriti ili ukloniti moju anksioznost, ali to je \u010desto rezultiralo poja\u010danim nuspojavama). Moji specijalisti slo\u017eili su se da su simptomi anksioznosti rezidualna posljedica shizofrenije i da je lijekovi do danas nisu uspjeli ukloniti. Ono \u0161to je ostalo bila je mnogo spominjana anksioznost, koja me i dalje jako ograni\u010davala. Rje\u0161enje u zavr\u0161noj sesiji s profesorom je: <b>STRATEGIJA SUKOBA<\/b>!<\/p><p>Prvi korak je &quot;prepoznavanje drve\u0107a u \u0161umi&quot; i rje\u0161avanje mnogih situacija izbjegavanja. Poznati &quot;strah od straha&quot; nestaje i \u010dovjek se mo\u017ee koncentrirati na bitno, glavni problem - u mom slu\u010daju, tjeskobu u stalnoj dru\u0161tvenoj interakciji! Me\u0111utim, i tu je bilo iznimaka, kako ka\u017ee moja \u010desto ponavljana izreka: suo\u010davanje s tehnologijom ne funkcionira uvijek i ne u svakoj situaciji! Transformacija se nije dogodila preko no\u0107i, ali sam se uspio prili\u010dno brzo naviknuti na buku \u017eeljezni\u010dkog kolodvora i gu\u017eve. Me\u0111utim, odre\u0111eni osje\u0107aj promatranja ostao je prisutan prve tri ili \u010detiri godine, \u0161to ne \u010dudi s obzirom na to da je kolodvor opremljen kamerama i, zbog svoje veli\u010dine, nadzornici prate radnu disciplinu iz razli\u010ditih kutova unutar kolodvora! Iscjeljuju\u0107a desenzibilizacija nastavlja se do danas i zaokupljat \u0107e me u doglednoj budu\u0107nosti (strategija suo\u010davanja).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Rituali mogu biti korisni u po\u010detku. Vrlo blizu moje stanice S-Bahna za putovanje do glavnog kolodvora u Frankfurtu nalazi se crkva s raspelom i kipom Marije.
